Dr. Scott Overholser DDS graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1996. Immediately after becoming a Doctor of Dental Surgery, he began working on his career in dentistry. He launched his private practice in Indianapolis following a year of treating patients at Frankton Family Dentistry.
Over the next nine years, Dr. Scott Overholser DDS honed his skills in employing a variety of tools to deliver great dental service for his patients. He kept himself current with the new techniques and trends in dentistry by continuing his education attending a multitude of symposiums and seminars. It is also during these years when he trained himself to manage and direct people as well as improve the operation and revenue of his business. The marketing strategies he used, the techniques he devised to improve office operation procedures, and his ingenious inventory management led to 150% increase in patient base and 300% increase in gross revenue. He later used these skills in the real estate industry and as a consultant.
In 2004, Dr. Scott Overholser DDS changed the course of his career and joined Garrison Partners Consulting, a real estate consulting firm based in Chicago where he was a Regional Manager for two years. He then moved to Renaissant Development Group where he sat as Director of Sales. In these companies, he drew on the valuable experiences he learned while managing his dental practice and transformed these into enviable organizational, marketing and management skills.
Dr. Scott Overholser stint in the real estate industry ended when he joined Park West Dental Associates in 2007 and The Dental Salon as one of its associate dentists a year later.
