Education is an important part of any person’s life. This can mean the difference between being successful or not. Only a select few truly understand the value of education, one of these people is Shatan Greene.

Shatan Greene is President and CEO of H.I.G.H.E.R. Tutorial Services, Inc. Here Shatan hopes to teach and help in shaping the future of children to be on a more positive note. He chose the field of education so that he will not be limited to a particular subject or a particular lecture. Mr Greene wants to be a diverse educator. Amazingly, he not only aims to give young people knowledge, but he also gives them values. This is in line with his mission of removing common stereotypes associated with education.

One stereotype that Shatan Greene would love to erase is the myth that being smart makes you a nerd. The term nerd is placed on students who excel at school by their classmates and is viewed to be negative. This can hinder the growth of a person’s mind. Another stereotype which he would love to erase as well is racism. Minority groups are usually held back as well. Shatan Greene aims to remove these problems with proper education and integrating these same values to children.
