Kyle Brodsky is definitely looking forward to life after he graduates from Boston University School of Management where he is taking up finance and entrepreneurship. He is a 23-year-old senior who has done his internship at CBS in New York; has edited his team’s project plans in addition to taking the lead when it comes to creating presentations. Moreover, Kyle Brodsky’s typical day in school consists of him attending classes, studying, doing all his school works and assignments; working-out and resting a bit from time to time before he hits the sack and gets ready for the next day.

Aside from that, Kyle Brodsky also makes time for other things. Being a fan of the outdoors, he likes to play golf, does a bit of running and goes camping and fishing as well as working-out in order to keep in shape. In addition, he also likes to read and is pretty much a movie buff.

When it comes to his inspiration, Kyle Brodsky wants to make sure that he is consistently inspired to become a better person each and everyday. He does this by being himself which is basically being a great listener and someone who is easy to get along with and just being an all around good guy. Apart from that, he also does his best in everything; may it be in his school work, internship or personal life. That is why, right after college, there is no doubt that he will definitely go places because he has such a great attitude and values in life.

As Managing Partner of IRA Source, LLC, Jon James specializes in all things self-directed. That is to say, he helps IRA Source’s clients to direct where their retirement investments will go and to gain full control over their retirement funds. He has helped hundreds of clients buy real estate, gold, businesses and other alternative investments using self-directed retirement accounts, thereby allowing them to enjoy their retirement years fully.

Jon James and IRA Source operate by a series of important principles in buying real estate. First, he makes his clients understand that they are in the business of real estate buying for the cash flow and not for the property itself. Second, focusing on the cash flow allows clients to think about why they are buying the property, in the first place. In essence, clients are buying the property and selling the mortgage. By owning mortgages, his clients operate much like a bank, creating a mortgage between the buyer and the clients’ IRA LLC, which Jon James helps them create.

Jon James began his real estate career in 1997 when he became a mortgage banker at only 19 years of age. In 1999, he became a full-time real estate investor, buying and selling single family homes and apartment buildings to build his portfolio. In 2005, he started syndicating real estate and pooling together investors with self-directed IRAs.

Howard Goberstein is more than the typical animal lover. He is actually a known advocate for animals, especially the canine species. Howard Goberstein knows that the recession has pushed a lot of dog owner to put their dogs up for adoption. For those who can be categorized under this category, Howard Goberstein would like to tell them that they have to be sure that whoever gets their dog from them will actually be caring towards the animal.

To do so, they can simply observe the buyer’s body language because it reflects a lot about the true personality of a particular individual. In fact, people can say something and yet mean something else. Body language is a great indicator for what is truly in a person’s heart and mind.

Howard Goberstein just does not want dogs to be in the wrongs hands, such as those of Class B dealers. Class B dealers are those who purchase dogs from the black market so that they can earn some money from various research facilities.

These facilities are merely interested in conducting a series of experiments on the dogs, poking needles and opening them up to view their internal organs. In short, they will be used and abused in every way imaginable.

Conrad Phillip Seghers is also an avid outdoor enthusiast.  One of his passions is running marathons.  He has now completed eleven of them, in locations ranging from Dallas, Austin and Oklahoma in the Texas area, to the New York marathon and San Diego marathon and Chicago marathon on the national arena, all the way to the Paris marathon and Singapore marathon on the international stage.  His best time was in the Austin marathon, which had a favorable downhill slope with the rolling hills of the Hill Country region of Texas, to his worst time being the Singapore marathon where the heat and humidity stifled the runners.

World travel is another passion of Conrad Phillip Seghers.  He has travelled multiple times to all continents except Antarctica, with the reason being that in Ushuaia in southern Argentina on the island of Tierra del Fuego he had the chance for a $20,000 trip to Antarctica on a private charter jet, which he instead passed on in favor of going standby on a military transport plane for $2,000.  At the last moment a military spouse and her child appeared at the airport, and with the military spouse receiving priority Conrad Phillip Seghers was denied his chance to visit Antarctica.

Another of his passions is kayaking.  Conrad Phillip Seghers owns multiple boats and his rivers have ranged from deadly ravines throughout the United States in Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Colorado, New Mexico and California.  He has even paddled with members of the U.S. Olympic team.  Internationally he has paddled in Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Honduras, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama and Laos.

As a Research Fellow/Associate Scientist in Cell Biology and Genetics from 1985-1994, and then again in 2007, Conrad P Seghers studied cells with defects in their ability to synthesize proteins funded by a nationwide competitive fellowship he was awarded by the Howard Hughes Institute, at some point within this period. He has also completed a five-year gene cloning and stress protein testing study at the Department of Biochemistry of the University of Texas.

Conrad P Seghers has performed medical research on recombinant tissue plasminogen activator at the University of Louvain in Belgium, as well as on the reuse of hemodialyzers at Texas A&M University, and on heat shock proteins at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical center.  Several publications have resulted.

Conrad P Seghers assisted the 1994 Nobel Laureate in Medicine, Dr. Al Gilman, in a study of G-proteins. The University of Louvain in Belgium made him an Invited Researcher to study tissue plasminogen activator – a blood-thinning pharmaceutical agent. Along the way, he became fluent in Flemish on top of his native English. Conrad P Seghers was also an Undergraduate Research Fellow at Texas A & M University. In this capacity, he performed dialysis on patients and analyzed the efficacy of reusing dialyzers in renal disease patients.

Dr. Seghers has traveled extensively all over Europe, Africa, Asia, North and South America and Australia.

Conrad Seghers traveled to the Cameron Highlands and loved it right at the moment he arrived. He believes that it is a nice place to relieve himself off the heat and to experience the lush interior of Malaysia. Its being one of the top vacation spots in Malaysia is most likely affected by the fact that is has one of the finest climates in the entire Southeast Asia.

Apart from being a beautiful and breathtaking vacation spot, its wonderful climate is also a reason why it was selected as a hill station back during the British colonial times. Conrad Seghers even spent most of his days admiring and experiencing nature. He played with the butterflies, smelled orchids and checked out the waterfalls.

Cameron Highlands had a huge number of hiking trails. Conrad Seghers personally tried some of them for his daytime walks into the forest. There were short-paved trails for shorter expeditions. To avoid getting lost, Conrad Seghers purchased a trail map from the information center located in Tanah Rata. This trail map did not just show where the trail is located, but it also indicated the level of difficulty a certain trail had. For instance, if it said that a particular trail was only for the muscular, tourists best believe it.
